Your car has a radio, a global positioning system, air conditioning, heat, and many other electronic feature. Why not add some of these great electronic features to your golf cart as well? Many high end golf courses have gps systems built into their golf carts. With these systems in your golf cart you can tell exactly where you are on the golf course and how far you hit the ball. For example, you might find yourself using your golf cart to get around town. Having a global positioning system on the cart will help give you directions to places you have not been to before, or have simply forgotten how to get to. The extra battery drain of the gps system is really the only negative part of having a gps system installed in your golf car.

A radio can be another useful electronic to have. You’ll find that blaring a radio while on the golfing course could bring you into a situation you don’t want to be in, but all other situations are probably improved with the installation of a radio. One big advantage to having a stereo installed is that you can notice music while your in your cart. A big drawback would be if you attempted to play it on the course and ended up getting kicked off of it.

Heating and air conditioning is a good touch for any street legal golfing car. Its also pleasant for golfing carts that are used inside of massive neighborhood facilities. The primary problem with air conditioning and heat in a golfing cart is that it can have a significant effect on the amount of gas or battery power that is drained. Also you will have to make sure your golf cart is enclosed, which can take some of the excitement out of them.
